About Deborah Ross

Deborah Ross is the founder of THE REINVENTION EXPERIENCE™, where she helps women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s break free from limiting beliefs, rediscover who they are, and confidently create a next chapter filled with purpose, fulfillment, and possibility.

With more than four decades of experience in entrepreneurship, leadership, television, ministry, teaching, personal development, and transformational work, Deborah brings a rare depth of real-life experience to her coaching. She doesn't simply teach reinvention—she has lived it.

For over 20 years, Deborah owned and operated three simultaneous dance and modeling studios as Artistic Director, developing performers who went on to become professional dancers, choreographers, studio owners, models, and actors around the world. Her career in the arts cultivated her expertise in confidence, personal presentation, leadership, discipline, creativity, and bringing out the potential in others.

After selling her studios in 2000, Deborah founded dance programs in 2 local private schools before expanding her work into Christian education, television, makeup artistry, and media while raising her children. Her professional credits include appearances and work with WBTV, WTVI PBS, WAXN, WATC-TV, WGGS-TV16, TCT, CTN, Charisma Media, The CBN 700 Club, SiriusXM Family Talk, Family Life Radio, Charlotte's SouthPark Magazine, Charlotte Hornets, Carowinds Theme Park, Miss North Carolina, Miss Mississippi, Narroway Productions, Estée Lauder, and other national and international platforms. 

In 2010, Deborah founded Deborah Ross Ministries, a worldwide ministry committed to saving souls, transforming lives, and healing hearts, minds, and marriages through biblical truth. As an ordained minister, speaker, evangelist, author, television and radio producer, Bible teacher, and biblical counselor, she has traveled extensively teaching and speaking to audiences around the world.

Deborah is also the author of Healing a Broken Marriage published by Charisma House, Woman2Woman: The Naomi and Ruth Experience published by Xulon, and Save It! Marriage Bible Study. 

Her signature media outreach, Choose Life with Deborah Ross, has touched audiences nationally and internationally through television, radio, and podcast platforms.

Today, Deborah brings all of these experiences together through THE REINVENTION EXPERIENCE™. Her passion is helping women navigate the seasons when life no longer looks the way it once did—whether they're facing a major transition, questioning their identity, struggling with confidence, battling the negative voices in their heads, navigating perimenopause or menopause, feeling disconnected from their purpose, or simply knowing there has to be more.
